- Stock-IN tracking against a Master Inventory reference list and stock transfers
- Stock-OUT tracking tied to specific client projects
- Real-time running balances per item, across locations and projects
- Wastage detection: quantity issued vs. quantity actually consumed per project
- Threshold alerts when stock approaches critical minimums
- Reporting that reconciles stock movement with project cost allocation
Outcome
In development, scoped from a technical specification (v1.0, March 2026). This case study will update with measured results once the system ships.
